Create a Campaign Link (Including QuickFill) - NEW Version

Create a Campaign Link that directs users into a specific Release or QuickFill view with predefined filters applied. This allows you to control what products retailers see first and how the content displays when they open the link.

Campaign Links are ideal for:

  • Launch emails
  • Marketing EDMs
  • Homepages
  • Sales outreach
  • Targeted product promotions

What Are Campaign Links?

Campaign Links generate a direct URL to a filtered view of:

  • A Release (Range page)

  • A QuickFill campaign (where enabled)

This allows you to present a curated buying experience rather than directing retailers to the full product range.

How to Create a Campaign Link QuickFill

  1. Navigate Shop Brands > Quickfill
  2. Select the relevant View Release Only
  3. Apply your desired filters (Division, Category, Collection, Product, Story Telling)
  4. Click the blue Campaign button
  5. Enter the name of the Campaign Link for reference.
  6. Click generate and the link for the campaign will appear.
  7. To copy the link, click the clipboard icon. 
  8. You will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen that the link has been copied.
  9. Add this link to any email, EDM, or your Homepage Template.

This will direct retailers straight into the QuickFill view with your selected filters applied.

How to Create a Campaign Link Release Range

  1. Navigate Setup > Releases
  2. Select the relevant Release
  3. Apply your desired filters (Division, Category, Collection, Product, Story Telling)
  4. Click the blue Campaign button
  5. Enter the name of the Campaign Link for reference.
  6. Click generate and the link for the campaign will appear.
  7. To copy the link, click the clipboard icon. 
  8. You will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen that the link has been copied.
  9. Add this link to any email, EDM, or your Homepage Template.

These Campaign Links are saved in a new screen under Setup > Campaign Links so they can be accessed at a later date.

If you are adding the link to your Homepage Template, link this via the URL and the copied campaign link.

User Access

This feature is available to: 

  • Super Supplier Admin
  • Supplier Admin
  • Agent/Sales Rep

⚠️ Important: When a Retailer user clicks the link, it creates a new BP or opens an existing BP.  If you share a link with a retailer that does not have access to the products (due to Segments or Currency) they will not be able to see the products in the link.

Best Practice Recommendations

To maximise engagement:

  • Create category-specific links instead of linking to the full range

  • Use different links per audience segment

  • Test links using a retailer login before sending

  • Pair Campaign Links with strong homepage visuals or EDM copy
