Generate a Media Pack

Why this matters

• Share product information quickly with retailers
• Provide all assets needed for sales and marketing
• Reduce manual requests for product data

Follow the steps in the video below to generate a media pack.

Option 1: From Reports & Tools

Best for: Sending a full release pack to retailers

Steps

1. Go to Reports & Tools → Media Pack
2. Select:
   • Brand
   • Release
3. Choose what to include:
   • Product images
   • Pricing
   • SKU information
   • Barcodes (if available)
4. Enter recipient email
5. Click Generate / Send

This is available for Suppliers and Sales Reps/Agents only.

Option 2: From Orders

Best for: Sending a media pack for a specific order

Steps

1. Go to Orders
2. Select the relevant Order
3. Click the Export icon
4. Select Generate Media Pack
5. Enter the recipient email address
6. Click Generate

    

After Generating

• You will receive an email from Brandscope
• Click Download Media Pack this will expire after 24 hours.
• A folder will be downloaded containing:

Included Assets

• Product images
• Video resources (if available)
• Barcode file
• Marketing links
• Supplier / Brand / Release assets
• Product Images
• Video Resources
• Barcode File
• Marketing Links
• Any Supplier, Brand or Release Assets.
