Hide Duplicate Products from Quickfill

Control how duplicate products appear in QuickFill and choose which price is displayed.

Why this matters

  • Avoid duplicate products appearing in QuickFill
  • Control which price is shown when products exist across multiple releases
  • Improve clarity for retailers placing orders

How Duplicate Products Work

QuickFill pulls products from active In-Season releases.

If the same product exists across multiple releases, it may appear as a duplicate. Suppliers can now choose to omit "duplicate" products from showing on Quickfill. As Quickfill draws products for immediate delivery from active releases, it has in the past shown "duplicate" products in Quickfill, if these products were active on different releases.

Show Lowest Price
  • Displays the lowest priced version of the product
  • If multiple versions have the same price:
    • The product from the newest release will be shown
Show Highest Price
  • Displays the highest priced version of the product

What is QuickFill?

QuickFill will display all of the available products for immediate delivery (excluding sold-out products) under the selected Brand.

You cannot place orders for future months via QuickFill. 

A product will only display in QuickFill when:

  • It's available for the current delivery month.
  • Has qtys available and is NOT sold out. 
  • Is active on an In Season release.
