Set Default “Tell Story By” Display for a Release

Control how your products are visually grouped for retailers by setting a default “Tell Story By” option at the release level.

Why this matters

The way your products are grouped impacts how easily retailers can browse and buy your range.

By setting a default view, you guide retailers to see your collection exactly how you intend—whether that’s by Range, Divisions, or Collections.

What’s new

You can now configure the default “Tell Story By” view directly within each Release.

  • Default remains Range
  • You can now switch to Divisions, Collections, or other available groupings

How to configure the default display

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Click Releases
  3. Select the relevant Release
  4. Click Edit
  5. Locate the “Default Tell Story By” dropdown
  6. Select your preferred option (e.g. Range, Divisions, Collections)
  7. Click Save

 

Once you’ve set your default “Tell Story By” view, you can enhance each section with visual banners.
