The Welcome Email & Registration Process

The Welcome Email is the first email sent to all new Brandscope users. It contains your Brandscope Username and step-by-step instructions for completing your account registration:


1.  Verify your Username on the Sign In page to activate your account
- Your username is typically your email address

2. Enter the Verification Code sent out to the email address connected to the account
- If you have not received the code, check your spam/junk folder or contact the brand you are connecting with - If you have not received the Welcome Email itself, check your spam/junk folder or ask the brand connecting you to resend it from their Brandscope account

3. Set your password — it must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters
• Minimum of 1 uppercase letter
• Minimum of 1 lowercase letter
• Minimum of 1 number
• Minimum of 1 special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)

4. You will now be taken to yourr Brandscope Showroom

5. Click on Shop Brands in the top navigation bar (or the Brands icon in your Showroom) to start placing a Quickfill or Buyplan order

If you are in your Showroom but have not yet been connected to any Brands, please contact your brand representative or our customer service team for assistance.
