Add or Remove a Product’s Available Delivery Months

Control when products can be ordered within a release using either the interface or bulk upload.

Why this matters

  • Control when products are available for ordering
  • Keep delivery windows accurate for retailers
  • Prevent orders being placed for unavailable months

Note: There are two ways to update delivery months:

  • GUI (Interface) → Best for small, individual updates
  • DLS (Bulk Upload) → Best for updating multiple products at once

Option 1: Update in the Interface (GUI)

Steps

  1. Go to Setup → Releases
  2. Search for and select your Release
  3. Click the More (⋯) menu
  4. Select Release Products
  5. Find the relevant Product
  6. Click the More (⋯) menu on the product
  7. Select Product Releases
  8. Select the product and click the Edit icon
  9. In Available Months:

    • Type to add a month, or
    • Click an existing month to remove it
  10. Click Save

 

Option 2: Update via DLS (Bulk Upload)

Steps

  1. Go to Setup → Releases
  2. Find and select your Release
  3. Click Export → Product DLS
  4. Open the file and update the Available Months column:

  5. Save the file as a CSV

  6. Go to Administration → Delivery Months Import
  7. Click + Add
  8. Select your Brand and Release
  9. Upload the file
  10. Click Upload

 

  • Ensure the Available Months column is correct before uploading
  • Bulk upload will overwrite delivery month data for the products included
