      Assign retailers to a release

      Assigning Retailers to a Release

      To ensure the Retailer can view and order product, they must be assigned to an online release.

      In the video below, it will demonstrate how to assign retailers to a release.

      There are two ways to assign Retailers to a Release, the first is via this Upload File which you can fill in and send to your Brandscope Account Manager to upload.

      The second way is through the Brandscope interface:

      1. Click Setup > Releases.
      2. Click the Settings icon and select the Assign Retailers option.
      3. Select the Brand and Release.
      4. Use the Territory filter to group your Retailers.
      5. Select the empty box at the top of the Retailer Name column to Select All.
      6. Click the Assign or Unassign option.
