Check the product DLS import log file

The DLS Product Import log file is loaded into Brandscope by the Supplier for adding new or updating existing products

A successful import will have a status of Success.

When checking this page if the Status displays "Failed" this needs your attention.

To access and export the order Log File, follow the steps below:

  1. Administration > Product DLS Import.
  2. Click on the row to select the Load File.
  3. Select the Export icon (downward arrow).
  4. Select Log File and this will automatically download to your PC.
  5. Review the file and fix the issue.
