The DLS Product Import log file is loaded into Brandscope by the Supplier for adding new or updating existing products
A successful import will have a status of Success.
When checking this page if the Status displays "Failed" this needs your attention.
To access and export the order Log File, follow the steps below:
- Administration > Product DLS Import.
- Click on the row to select the Load File.
- Select the Export icon (downward arrow).
- Select Log File and this will automatically download to your PC.
- Review the file and fix the issue.
