Create a campaign link

Campaign links allow you to create direct links to pre-defined filters you have created on the Range page.

Play this helpful video to see this new feature in action, then refer to the steps below to create your own.

  1. Setup > Releases.
  2. Enter the Release to access the Range page.
  3. Select the Division, Category, Collection, Product, or Tell Story By for the link you are creating.
  4. Then, select the blue Campaign button.
  5. Enter the name of the Campaign Link for reference.
  6. Click generate and the link for the campaign will appear.
  7. To copy the link, click the clipboard icon. 
  8. You will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen that the link has been copied.
  9. Add this link to any email, EDM, or your Homepage Template.

These Campaign Links are saved in a new screen under Setup > Campaign Links so they can be accessed at a later date.

If you are adding the link to your Homepage Template, link this via the URL and the copied campaign link.

The feature is available for the following users, Super Supplier Admin, Supplier Admin, Agent, and Sales Rep.

 

⚠️ Important: When a Retailer user clicks the link, it creates a new BP or opens an existing BP.  If you share a link with a retailer that does not have access to the products (due to Segments or Currency) they will not be able to see the products in the link.
