      Edit product data

      The following video will demonstrate how to edit product information.

      If you have a lot of products to update, it is recommended to use the Data Load Sheet (DLS).

      1. Setup > Brands.
      2. Select the Brand and then click the MORE icon.
      3. From the fly out menu, click Brand Product List.
      4. Use the search box at the top of the column to find the relevant Product.
      5. Select the product and then select the EDIT icon.
      6. Here you will be able to change Display Colour, Name, Gender, Age Group, Category, Generic Colour, Sales Tips, Marketing Support, Product Changes, Additional Details, and Product Specifications.
      7. Then hit SAVE at the top right of the page.

       

      ⚠️ IMPORTANT  - You cannot change a product's status, price or key details in this section.  Key Product Details are:

      1. SKU
      2. INTEGRATION_ID
      3. COLOUR CODE
      4. BARCODE
      5. SIZE BREAK
      6. ATTRIBUTE

      To make bulk updates to product data, export the Product Key DLS template. Once the file is complete, return it to your Brandscope Account Manager to upload.
