Export and Update Product Pricing in a Release

Why this matters

• Quickly update pricing across multiple products in one release
• Avoid manual edits in the platform
• Ensure consistent and accurate pricing for your release

Step 1: Export Product Pricing (DLS)

1. Go to Setup → Releases
2. Use the search bar to find your release
3. Select the release
4. Click the Export icon
5. Select Product Price DLS Export

This will download a DLS file with your current pricing data

Step 2: Update the File

1. Open the downloaded DLS file
2. Update the relevant pricing columns
3. Save the file as a CSV

Ensure:

• File format is CSV
• No changes are made to column structure
• Integration_IDs remain unchanged

Step 3: Upload Updated Pricing

1. Go to Administration → Product Prices Import
2. Click the + Add icon
3. Select your Brand and Release
4. Click Browse and select your updated file
5. Click Upload
