Export Product Resource DLS

Step 1: Export the Product Resources DLS from Your Release 

  1. This article explains how to export the Product Resources DLS (Data Load Sheet) from a release in Brandscope and upload it via the Product Resources Import tool. Use this two-step process to load product resource data into your brand's catalog.

    Setup > Releases.
  2. Select the Release and the Export icon.

Step 2: Upload the Resource DLS

  1. Administration > Product Resources Import.
  2. Click the + icon.
  3. Select the Brand, Release, file and then the Upload button.
  4. Verify the file has been uploaded by checking the status column that says “Imported”.

    Note: If the status column shows an error instead of "Imported", verify that you selected the correct file format and that the Brand and Release fields match your export settings. Contact your Brandscope Account Manager if the issue persists.
