How to Create and Assign a Count and Fill Template

This article explains how suppliers can create Count and Fill templates and assign them to retailers in Brandscope. Count and Fill templates work in a similar way to Buy Plan templates, allowing you to define stock targets that retailers (or reps) can use to generate refill orders.

Instead of retailers guessing what to reorder, Count ’n Fill compares:

  • what stock they currently have, and

  • what stock they should have

and automatically calculates the refill quantities needed to top them back up.

Set your Count and Fill Stock Templates (Stock Models)

As the supplier, you define the ideal stock levels for each retailer or store.

These targets usually include:

  • Core styles

  • Size or variant quantities

  • Optional minimum/maximum levels

Head to your Count and Fill Templates and start creating the template. (Similar to Buy Plan Templates)

  1. Go to Orders and select Count and Fill Templates.
  2. To create your Count and Fill Template select the ADD icon.
  3. Select the Brand, Release, Currency and then give the template a name and SAVE.
  4. The template will appear at the top of the grid. To add products, select the template and then select the edit icon.
  5. Once configured go back to the Count and Fill Templates page and you can then Assoicate the template to the Retailer/s by selecting the template, the more icon and then the Assoicate to retailer option.
  6. The stock template will now populate for the customer and they can use the Count and Refill option when going through their stock.

Note: One template can be associated with multiple retailers. Templates can be updated at any time if stock targets change
