Manual ATS Upload

ATS (Available to Sell) is the inventory quantity data that determines how much stock is available for ordering. This article explains how to manually upload ATS data into Brandscope using a file import.

Click ADMINISTRATION >>> ATS IMPORT.
Select the Supplier and Brand and then click the BROWSE button to select the file you wish to upload.
Select SUBMIT.

Suppliers can now manually load future ATS quantities independently of At Once quantities.

Currently, when loading ATS for any particular product variant, Brandscope will delete ALL existing ATS quantities for the variant and replace it with the values provided.

With this update, suppliers can independently load either:

Only future ATS quantities (keeping the existing At Once values)
Only At Once ATS quantities (keeping the existing future values)

Generally, there will be 2 approaches to these loads.

The user wishes, to “spot update” the Future (or Current) ATS for just a few products.

The user wishes, to do a full update of the Future (or Current) ATS for ALL products.

🗒️ Note: When loading quantities for a subset of products only, do not select the Clear All ATS Before Load option. Doing so would delete all existing ATS quantities before only a partial set is re-loaded, resulting in data loss for unincluded products.
