How to Setup Superfill

Superfill releases allow suppliers to create a core line to assign to their customers

Suppliers will need to contact their Brandscope Account Manager to activate this feature

SuperFill enables suppliers to export a sales report from their Point of Sale (POS) system and import it into Brandscope to automatically generate a replenishment order.

Suppliers will need to amend or create a new release with the status as 'SuperFill'.

Please note you can only have one SuperFill release. Suppliers should use this as their core release.

Setup > Releases

  • Highlight the existing release and click the edit function
  • Change the status to Superfill and click save

The release is now set up. Next, you will need to assign retailers to accept SuperFill orders.

Setup > Brand/Retailer Settings

  • Select the second tab Brand/Retailer Settings
  • Select the brand
  • Update the retailer settings to accept Superfill from No to Yes

The settings are now in place. You will need to create template and assign this to the retailers

Orders & Templates > Superfill Templates

  • Create a new template
  • Add in the details and name for template
  • Edit the template to add in the products and stock levels
  • Click on the hyperlink to return back to your template list
  • Click the three dots to associate your template with a retailer
  • Click the plus icon next to the retailer and save

Your template is now associated with the retailer. The final step is to assign the SuperFill template to the retailer.

  • Click the template you associated with the retailer
  • Click the three dots to create a superfill for a retailer
  • Click the plus icon next to the retailer and save

Retailers can import the SuperFill file directly in Brandscope. To learn how, see How to Place a Superfill Order
