How to Setup Superfill
Superfill releases allow suppliers to create a core line to assign to their customers
Suppliers will need to contact their Brandscope Account Manager to activate this feature
SuperFill enables suppliers to export a sales report from their Point of Sale (POS) system and import it into Brandscope to automatically generate a replenishment order.
Suppliers will need to amend or create a new release with the status as 'SuperFill'.
Please note you can only have one SuperFill release. Suppliers should use this as their core release.
Setup > Releases
- Highlight the existing release and click the edit function
- Change the status to Superfill and click save
The release is now set up. Next, you will need to assign retailers to accept SuperFill orders.
Setup > Brand/Retailer Settings
- Select the second tab Brand/Retailer Settings
- Select the brand
- Update the retailer settings to accept Superfill from No to Yes
The settings are now in place. You will need to create template and assign this to the retailers
