How to Track Your Orders & Invoices
Find order updates, delivery information, and who to contact for support.
Brandscope displays your orders, but:
- Shipping and fulfilment are managed by the Brand or Sales Rep/Agent
- Brandscope does not control delivery or invoice processing
How to check your order status
- Go to your Orders page
- Locate your order
- Look for the 👁 (blue eye icon)
- Click the icon to view available fulfilment updates
Note: This feature is only available if the brand has enabled Order Status
Need an update on shipping or delivery?
For the most accurate information:
Contact the Brand or your Sales Representative directly
- Their details are linked to your order
- They manage shipping, delivery, invoicing and warranty claims
Incorrect or Faulty Delivery?
If your order has arrived incorrectly:
Reply directly to your order confirmation email (Reply All)
This ensures:
- The Brand receives your request quickly
- All relevant parties are included
- Faster resolution of your issue
