How to Track Your Orders & Invoices

Find order updates, delivery information, and who to contact for support.

Brandscope displays your orders, but:

  • Shipping and fulfilment are managed by the Brand or Sales Rep/Agent
  • Brandscope does not control delivery or invoice processing

How to check your order status

  1. Go to your Orders page
  2. Locate your order
  3. Look for the 👁 (blue eye icon)
  4. Click the icon to view available fulfilment updates

Note: This feature is only available if the brand has enabled Order Status

Need an update on shipping or delivery?

For the most accurate information:

Contact the Brand or your Sales Representative directly

  • Their details are linked to your order
  • They manage shipping, delivery, invoicing and warranty claims

Incorrect or Faulty Delivery?

If your order has arrived incorrectly:

Reply directly to your order confirmation email (Reply All)

This ensures:

  • The Brand receives your request quickly
  • All relevant parties are included
  • Faster resolution of your issue
