Managing & Deleting Buyplans

Why this matters

• Keep your brand's data accurate by ensuring only active, engaged customers appear in Buyplans
• Track which customers are genuinely interested in products and ranges — not just those with stale records left in the system
• Give the brand a cleaner picture of demand, so range and product decisions are based on real activity

Using filters

Before deleting, use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your list by Release, Customer, or Agent. This makes it easier to target the right records, especially across a large list.

Option 1 — Bulk delete selected Buyplans

1. Navigate to Buyplans, Quickfill, or Buyplan Templates
2. Use the filters to narrow the list by release, customer, or agent
3. Tick the checkbox next to each Buyplan you want to remove
4. Click More, then select Delete
5. A confirmation prompt will appear and type the total number of selected records (e.g. 10) and confirm

Option 2 — Delete all empty Buyplans

1. Navigate to Buyplans, Quickfill, or Buyplan Templates
2. Click the ⚙ cog icon on the right side of the page
3. Select Delete all empty Buyplans — this removes all records with no value (nothing ordered or added)
4. Confirm to proceed
