Minimum Order Units

Minimum order units can be applied to:
  • Individual product sizes (against a single month or across multiple delivery months)
  • A product Delivery Month (across multiple sizes)
  • A combination of both

🗒️ Note: These minimums will apply to products in the selected Release only and to all users assigned to the Release

How to Activate

  • Setup > Releases > Edit    
  • Activate 'Apply Product Minimum' and Save 

How to Set Up

Option 1: DLS Import

  • Export DLS
  • Under the 'SizeMinimum' and 'MonthMinimum' columns on the DLS, enter chosen quantities per size level and/ or Delivery Month (the default will be 0)

To view minimum units from a user's perspective:

  • Create a Buy Plan for your Test Retailer
  • The minimum units will display below each size break and the at the end of the quantity grid 

If incorrect quantities are added:

  • The quantity box will appear blue and a red cross will display against the minimum requirements to indicate that incorrect units have been added 

⚠️ Important: Orders cannot be submitted if minimums are not met 

 Option 2: Product Edit Level

  • Setup > Releases > Select the Drill down arrow on the Release
  • Select the 'Action' icon against the product and the Pricing and Order Minimums tab

  • Enter units for the Cumulated Delivery Month Minimum and Size Break Order Minimum by double clicking the cell


💡Tip:  Useful when applying minimums to a select group of products rather than in bulk

How to remove minimums 

Either:

  • Update the units on the DLS or within the Pricing and Order Minimum tab to 0
  • Deactivate the feature at Release level
