Place a BuyPlan order

Buy Plan orders are created per release and allow Retailers to place orders for current or future delivery months. Once a release is selected, the Buy Plan will remain open for that release until the order is submitted or the ordering window closes.

The following video will demonstrate the process of placing a Buy Plan order:

To create a new Buy Plan

  1. Click Shop Brands in the top navigation and select the release you want to order from.

  2. Add products by clicking on a product, or use the tick boxes to select multiple products quickly. Then click the Buy Plan Tab to enter quantities.

  3. Click Submit to place the order.

  4. On the final screen, double-check your store details before confirming.

To view an existing Buy Plan

  1. Go to Orders > Buy Plans.

  2. Select the relevant Buy Plan.

  3. Click the View icon.

To delete a Buy Plan

  1. Go to Orders > Buy Plans.

  2. Select the relevant Buy Plan.

  3. Click the More icon, then choose Delete.


To export a Buy Plan

  1. Go to Orders > Buy Plans.

  2. Select the relevant Buy Plan.

  3. Click the Export icon.
    A PDF version will download to your device.
