Sales Rep and Agent Order approvals allow Retailers to have their orders approved before they are sent to their ERP system.

Suppliers
To activate this feature, please get in contact with your Brandscope Account Manager. Once you have been given access please follow the steps below.
Settings to Configure:
1. Setup > Brands > Highlight the Brand > Edit.
2. Brand Details: Select a Default Sales Person. If a Retailer does not have an Agent or Sales Rep associated this will be the person who is approving the order.
3. Order Approval Settings: Here you can activate order approval emails and emails after approval. Simply enter the emails you wish to notify after activating.
4. Click Save and Brandscope will notify you that your settings have been updated.
5. Setup > Releases > Highlight the Release > Edit.
6. Switch on the Order Approval Required switch.
7. Click Save and Brandscope will notify you that the Release has been updated.
Assigning Retailers to Order Approval Rules:
1. Setup > Account & Shipping Codes.
2. Select the Brand Retailer Settings tab and select the Brand.
3. Under the Order Approval Rule heading you can set the Rule to Never or Always
4. This Order Approval rule can also be a monetary value. For example, if you would like any order under $500 approved, you can type 500 here.
Retailers
As a Retailer, if Agent Order Approval is set up you will see this when you are at the stage of submitting an order.
1. A banner will appear at the top of the page explaining your order must be approved.
2. A sales person must be selected to submit the order for approval.
3. The order will remain a Buy Plan and the Retailer can edit this as much as they like.
4. The Order Approval Status column will show the status of the order.
Agent/Sales Rep
As an Agent or Sales Rep you will receive an email when an Order is awaiting your approval.
1. Simply click review order on the email received.
2. You have the option to edit the order and either Accept or Decline it.
3. Once the order has been Approved you can click Submit and it will go through to the ERP system.
