      Setup minimum order amounts for delivery months

       

      Previously, it was only possible to set up minimum order amounts per order. This new feature allows you to set up the minimum order amount per delivery month.

      Activate minimum order amount per delivery month

      1. Setup > Brands
      2. Select brand - click edit icon in the right hand corner
      3. Select Brand Pricing tab 
      4. Scroll down to the Order Minimums section > toggle on "Apply Order Minimum By Delivery Month"
      5. Save

      📝 Note: You can only use one of the below options at a time

      Assign relevant minimum order amount to retailers

      1. Setup > Account & Shipping Codes
      2. Select Brand/retailer Settings tab > select a brand from the drop-down menu
      3. Add minimum order amount to relevant cells in the following columns:
        1. Indent minimum
        2. Inseason minimum
        3. QuickFill minimum

      📝 Note: This process can also be done it bulk via a .csv file upload. You can get this .csv file from your Brandscope Account Manager.
