Why is the Retailer’s name not appearing when I try to assign my Buy Plan Template (BPT)?

There could be multiple reasons as to why you are unable to assign your BUY PLAN TEMPLATE to a Retailer.

  1. The Retailer already has a Buy Plan created for the Release you are trying to assign. A Retailer User can only have one Buy Plan in place per release.
  2. If you have checked and there is no Buy Plan created for the Retailer, they may not be assigned to your territory. 
    Contact your Supplier or Brandscope Account Manager to confirm this.
  3. If you have checked and there is no Buy Plan created for the Retailer, they may not have access to the Release you are trying to assign.
