The Welcome Email & Registration Process

The Welcome Email is our first email that is sent out to all new users, consisting of their Brandscope Username, and details of how to complete an account registration:


1.  Verify your Username on the Sign In page to activate your account
- This will typically be your email address and can be found in your welcome email

2. Enter the Verification Code sent out to the email address connected to the account
- Check in with the Brand you are awaiting to do business with, if you have not received this

3. Set your password this must be:

- Minimum of 1 Lowercase Character
- Minimum 1 Number
- Minimum 1 Special Character

4. You will now be navigated to your Brandscope Showroom

5. Click on Shop Brands in the top bar (or the brands icon in your showroom) to get started in placing a Quickfill or Buyplan
