Update the Retailer Territory
The first step to ensure a Retailer has access to the Brand is to assign them to a Territory.
It is then possible to update the Territory for a Retailer and the following video will demonstrate how to do this.
1. SETUP >>> TERRITORIES.
2. Select the Territory cog icon and click Assign Retailer to Territory.
3. Select the BRAND and then search for the Retailer/s to update.
4. Double-click under the TERRITORY column and then select the new Territory
