Update a Retailer’s Territory

Assign or change the territory a retailer belongs to so they can access your brand correctly and are assign to the correct agent.

Why this matters

  • Ensures retailers can see and order your products
  • Assigns the correct sales rep or region
  • Keeps your territory structure organised

 

Steps

  1. Go to Setup → Territories
  2. Click the ⚙️ (cog icon) next to the territory
  3. Select Assign Retailer to Territory
  4. Select your Brand
  5. Search for the Retailer(s) you want to update
  6. In the Territory column:
    • Double-click the field
    • Select the new territory
  7. Save your changes (if prompted)


 

Bulk Updates

If you need to update multiple retailers at once, we recommend submitting a bulk request. Bulk updates are recommended when updating more than 10 retailers
