Update the delivery months on a release

Why this matters

Ensure your products remain available for ordering
Avoid missed sales opportunities at month changeover
Keep your release aligned with current delivery periods

Tip: Same the manual work and enable our Auto-extend feature

Steps

Go to Setup → Releases
Use the search bar to find your release
Select the release and click the Edit (✏️) icon
Scroll to the Dates section
Under Delivery Months, choose:
- Extend → add the next available month
- Remove → remove a previous month
Click Save

⚠️ Important - Do not remove the current month before the next month begins. Only remove a previous month once all outstanding Buy Plans have been adjusted
