Update the Order of Divisions & Collections (Filter Order)

Reorder how divisions and collections appear as filters within a release.

Why this matters

  • Control how products are grouped for retailers
  • Highlight key categories or collections first
  • Improve navigation and buying experience

Steps

  1. Go to Setup → Releases
  2. Search for and select your Release
  3. Click Edit
  4. Scroll to the Categories section
  5. In the Divisions or Collection field:
    • Drag and drop division or collection names to reorder them
  6. Save

Common Issues

  • Changes not visible → Ensure you clicked Save
  • Order not updating → Refresh the page and check again
