Update the Recipients of PDF Order Confirmations

Manage who receives PDF order confirmations for a specific Release.

Why this matters

  • Ensure the correct team members receive order confirmations
  • Share order notifications across sales, warehouse, or accounts teams
  • Improve visibility of incoming orders

Steps

  1. Go to Setup → Releases
  2. Use the search bar to locate the relevant Release
  3. Select the Release and click the Edit (✏️) icon
  4. Navigate to the integration tab
  5. Multiple email addresses can be added using commas
