Supplier Setup: Loading Media Pack Assets

Why it matters

A Media Pack can only be downloaded if a brand has loaded assets for it. Suppliers control what appears in a buyer's Media Pack by uploading images, PDFs, and links at different levels of the product hierarchy, right down to individual products, or broadly across a whole brand or segment.

Once an order is confirmed, the user will have the option to download a Media Pack if these assets have been loaded by the brand.

This feature utilises assets at various levels and includes different asset types such as images, PDF's and links.

Asset levels

Assets can be loaded at:

Supplier level
Brand level
Segment level (new — useful for brands that use the segment feature)
Release level
Product level

⚠️ Important: Product Resources previously loaded to the product will be included in this pack.

Steps

Go to Setup > Media > Media Pack Assets.
Select the Supplier.
Select the Brand check box to activate Upload Assets and Assign Links.
Use the drill-down arrow at the Brand, Segment, and Release level to navigate to the category that will have assets or links associated with it.
Choose Upload Assets or Assign Links.
Drop, paste, or browse to add files. Insert one or more links if assigning links.
To delete assets, click the folder or pin icon in the Actions column.

Downloading a Media Pack

1. Reports & Tools > Tools > Generate Media Pack

2. Select all or relevant products only.

3. Click Generate Media Pack in the top right corner.

4. Brandscope will notify you that your Media Pack has been generated successfully.

5. Open your inbox and you will have an email from Brandscope with the Media Pack details and a button to 'Download Media Pack'.

🗒️ Note: The email with the downloadable link may take several minutes to be received into your mail box
