The Stripe Payment Gateway

Stripe is a secure payment gateway that allows suppliers to accept payments directly through the platform. When a supplier uses Stripe, you can complete your order and payment in one step at checkout. Stripe handles the transaction securely, ensuring a smooth and safe payment process without the need to exchange payment details directly with the supplier.

 

Many suppliers use Brandscope's integrated Stripe payment gateway to accept payment directly at checkout. However, some suppliers prefer to manage payments outside the platform.

In these cases, you’ll see a Submit button instead of Pay and Submit. Your order is still submitted as normal — the supplier will follow up with an invoice for payment.

  1. To submit an order using Brandscope's Stripe payment gateway, first add products to your buy plan.




  2. Once you've added all your products, click on "submit order" in the top right hand corner of the release page and you will be presented with an order details pop-up.



  3. Tick off the check box to confirm you've read and agree to the terms and conditions
  4. Click the "pay and submit" button that has now appeared. 
     
  5. You'll be taken to the payment page to enter your card details and complete your order.

 

Submitting orders without Stripe checkout

Some suppliers use Brandscope's integrated Stripe payment gateway directly at checkout. If your supplier does not, you’ll see a Submit button instead of Pay and Submit. The supplier will issue an invoice to you directly for payment.
