How to View an Order

Quickly find and view order details in Brandscope

There are two ways to view an order

Open the full Order view

Best for: Viewing full order details, items, pricing, and status

Steps

  1. Go to Orders → Orders
  2. Use the search bar to find the relevant order
  3. Select the order
  4. Click the View icon

Use the grid drill-down

Best for: Quickly checking order details without opening a new page

Steps

  1. Go to Orders → Orders
  2. Find your order in the list
  3. Click the arrow icon next to the Brand name

This expands the order directly in the grid
