View the ATS of a product

Check the Available to Sell (ATS) quantity for products in Brandscope

Why this matters

  • View current product availability
  • Check stock levels before ordering or selling
  • Export ATS data for reporting or analysis

🗒️ Note: There are two ways you can do this; either by viewing it in the Brandscope interface or Export ATS data to a .CSV file

Option 1: View ATS in Brandscope

  1. Go to Setup → Brands
  2. Select the relevant Brand
  3. Click the More (⋯) menu
  4. Select Brand Product List
  5. Use the search bar to find the relevant Product
  6. Select the Product
  7. Click the More (⋯) menu
  8. Select View ATS
  9. The ATS window will display current ATS quanitities

 

Option 2: Export ATS to CSV

Steps

  1. Go to Setup → Brands
  2. Select the relevant Brand
  3. Click the Export (⬇) icon
  4. Select Export Brand ATS
