Where is my invoice?

When you place an order, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the account holder’s registered email address.

If you need another copy, you can re-request it directly through the platform by navigating to the Orders Grid, selecting the order, and clicking the eye icon in the top right corner to view and download the confirmation.

Invoices, however, are typically produced and issued by the Brand accept those using our payment gateway feature. If you need a copy of your invoice or picking slip, please contact the Brand or your Sales Representative directly.
